This luxurious 3700 sq. ft. home offers the best Currituck Sound views, awesome sunsets from poolside or the hot tub, 3 levels of decks with swings and hammocks for your enjoyment, a private pier and beautifully decorated interior! Monteray Shores amenities and the beach are just a short stroll away! All bedrooms have Soundfront views.

Ground Level: Outside you'll find the private pool, outside shower and access to a bathroom. Inside you'll find a Master Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, TV/DVD and deck access with two hanging swings. Master Bedroom with 2 Full Beds, pool and sound views and TV/DVD and a Recroom with 65" TV set up with a gaming hookup for the kids, Queen Sleep Sofa and a kitchenette with microwave and full size refrigerator making this a great hang out area for the kids. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with TV/DVD, deck access and whirlpool bathtubs. Enjoy another living space with large screen TV/DVD and surround sound. Large reading library to enjoy some quiet time reading on the swing or hammock located on the mid level deck along with games and puzzles for the families evening enjoyment. The hot tub sits on the deck and has great sound views.

Top Level: Great room with beautiful sound views, TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. *SPARKLE CLUB Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with extra cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This home surpassed our expectations! It is comfortable and located in a very peaceful setting. The views are gorgeous, and the home is so nice that going to the beach felt like it was optional. Monteray Shores is a great community for walking, bike riding, and so many activities that are offered there at the clubhouse.

Terrific house! Lots of space for three families to stay together comfortably. There were 13 people in our party. The sunset is the best and you never get tired of it. The dock is great for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and to bring your wave runners.

Pictures online are great, but this house is better than the pictures; it is beautiful. The private dock and the stunning sunsets are absolutely amazing!

Overall we loved The 51st Reason- home had everything you need for a fun family vacation. We loved the location and proximity to beach, off road access and restaurants and shopping. My husband loved going to the gym every day at the clubhouse. We loved relaxing and watching amazing sunsets every night from the many decks out back or right from the bay dock. Can not wait to return to Monterey Shores again next year.
