Make your Tropical Dreams come true in this nicely decorated Outer Banks vacation home. Located just a short walk to the beach, community pool, tennis and playground. Just across the street from shopping, restaurants, grocery and movie theater. Larger families can also rent side A and have their own privacy! 

Ground Level: Garage with golf cart (available to guests with a $50 key deposit), full size refrigerator, charcoal grill, beach chairs and toys. Inside you’ll find a den with a flat-screen TV, Futon and patio access to the park-style charcoal grill. Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a full hallway bathroom.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private deck access and full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower and double vanity. King Bedroom with a large flat-screen TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a large flat-screen TV, sound bar, desk with a computer monitor, and deck access to hot tub, kitchen with counter seating for 6, dining area seating 6 with a beverage cooler, deck access and a half bath.

Extras: Hot Tub, 6 TVs, sound bar, high speed internet access, golf cart (available to guests with a $50 key deposit), gas and charcoal grills, 2 refrigerators, beverage cooler, parking for 1 vehicle with additional community parking across the street and Buck Island community pool and tennis. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Full week rentals only. House Address: 788 West Meeting Street – Side B (right side). Distance to beach access: 1695'. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, Futon, Rollaway Bed. Key Type: Keyless entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1023 Ocean Trail, Corolla Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up daily at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member: This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Overall, we love this neighborhood and enjoy this home. This is our second stay and it's great having the ability to bring our dog, and the kids love riding on the golf cart. Makes it a quick trip to the beach!

I only write reviews if it’s really bad or really good…this was great! The house was clean and well stocked with everything you need for the week. You don’t need to bring any beach equipment! I wish I knew that because it took up a lot of room in my car…sand toys, lots of extra chairs….the kids LOVED the golf cart and dart board. The house is in a PERFECT location!! Right next to the hustle and bustle but you don’t feel like you are. The community is quiet and so cute! It’s a 1 minute golf cart ride to the beach and there is parking for the cart. The only complaint I would have is the carpets….it’s a shame that people don’t clean up after their pets. But you can tell besides the carpets they really cleaned the house good for our stay. I loved this house so much I already booked it again for next year. The staff was absolutely amazing!! So friendly and helpful! I have rented from other places before but brindley definitely has my lifetime business! Thanks you for a great vacation❤️

Excellent house and location! We visited May 7th-14th during the nor’easter. While the weather was less than desirable for my families first time to OBX we loved it. Yep he playground was perfect in the backyard for my 7 and 10 year old. Pool was nice when the kids could get in between raindrops and wind. It was perfect for us that we even reserved for next year hoping for a better round 2. Golf cart was an awesome addition!

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night
