Inside, the living room has been completely transformed with cozy, coastal-inspired furnishings, including a sleeper sectional, a modular sofa, and an accent chair that invites you to relax and unwind. Two new sliding patio doors let in the ocean breeze and sunshine, filling the space with light and warmth.

The kitchen is better than ever with adding a new air fryer, griddle, and Ninja blender—perfect for smoothies, pancake breakfasts, and afternoon snacks. The NE bedroom now includes a twin bed for extra sleeping space, and you’ll find convenient new workspaces in the NW and SE bedrooms, ideal for remote work or study breaks between beach outings. All bedrooms feature TVs, fresh coastal quilts, and soft new duvets to ensure every guest feels right at home. In the bunk room, two brand-new arcade games bring extra excitement, while a new collection of board games and puzzles adds even more ways to enjoy time together. Outside, a new gas grill and sitting area create the perfect setting for easygoing dinners after a day in the sun.

This six-bedroom, four-bath oceanfront retreat is designed for making memories. It showcases panoramic ocean views, private beach access, and updated amenities for modern comfort. Each level of the home offers spacious decks with seating, ideal for soaking in the sunrise, relaxing with a book, or stargazing at night.

Ground level sets the stage for the ultimate beach vacation. Step outside to your private pool—perfect for morning dips, afternoon lounging, or splashing around with the kids. A covered carport and a spacious driveway offer easy parking for up to six vehicles. Best of all, the beach is just outside your door—step onto the sand whenever the mood strikes. After a day of beachcombing or boogie boarding, rinse off in the outdoor shower and fire up the charcoal or gas grill for a relaxed, open-air dinner with the sound of the waves in the background.

Mid-level: This level features four of the six bedrooms, each with cable TV and designed for comfort. One room includes two pyramid bunks and now has two arcade games—a favorite among kids and teens. Across the hall, a bedroom with two twin beds is ideal for siblings or friends. Two king bedrooms, one with an additional twin bed, provide flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. A shared full bathroom and laundry area are conveniently located on this floor. Step outside to enjoy the shaded ocean-facing deck or unwind in the covered porch with a soothing hot tub.

Top level: Gather the whole crew in the open-concept main living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for twelve, and two breakfast bars for casual bites. The living room has plenty of seating for movie nights, game time, or simply enjoying each other's company. Two additional bedrooms—each with a king bed—are located on this floor, one with a private en suite bathroom and one with access to a hallway bath. Step outside to the upper-level deck for sweeping ocean views and the perfect spot to end your day under the stars.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds, in which case, the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number; nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt into or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

We had an amazing time at this home! The location is truly what makes this home. We woke up to watch the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee from the deck. Since you have a private path for access to the beach right beside the home, it feels like your own private beach area. So much of our time was spent on the beach and would finish with evenings on the deck!The home itself is in great shape as there have been renovations. Some bathrooms have been updated,, and the ones that haven’t are in good shape! The living room/kitchen area is just as pictured with views of the ocean for days and ample room for a large group. The two bedrooms on the first floor provide fabulous ocean views right from your bed. The beds were also comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub on the day it rained which is facing street side and one afternoon at the pool which faces street side. Both were in great shape and we enjoyed them. We spent most of our days on the beach!The kitchen has plenty of the cutlery, pans, pots, bowls etc for what you need to cook. Just bring your essential spices, oils, etc and maybe an extra kitchen towel or two! Conveniently very close is a FoodLion grocery store to get what you need, you can even walk there. Many seafood markets as well.We also had lunch out at many of the local spots. We loved the Mahi Mahi tacos at Oceanas Bistro and sitting with our pups outside on their deck area for lunch at The Froggy Doggy!Overall I would highly recommend. We enjoyed all our time here. Our two Jacks loved sunning on the porch and walks on the beach. It has all you need for a perfect beach getaway! Don’t hesitate to book!

My family has been lucky enough to enjoy our vacation on the Outer Banks for the last 15 or so years using another rental company. Another great time staying at Alls That! It’s a beautiful home! Perfect location on the beautiful beach in Avon in the neighborhood of Kinnekeet. Lots of room for our family of 16. The home was extremely clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Short walk or drive to Food Lion. I contacted Brindley for one issue and it was taken care of. I would definitely stay there again.

Our family really enjoyed our winter vacation at your beach house. We loved being so close to the beach with beautiful ocean views. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. And the living area was large with comfortable seating. Also enjoyed Avon and being so close to shopping. We found some nice places to go out to eat. Cafe Pamlico in Buxton. Was especially good.

Fantastic location right on the beach in Avon. Extremely clean and comfortable. A great place to relax. In addition to how much we like your home, we really enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles. We haven’t done one in decades and put three of them together during our week there. We really needed to disconnect from the world and relax, and your home was perfect. We will be back!

Loved the space and ocean views. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 8 children. Beautiful decks. Home very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable. Could use some attention to bunk room furniture. Needs tightening up. Looking forward to coming back next year. This neighborhood is so convenient to Food Lion , Dollar Tree and a Wings. Great for walking.

This was a perfect space for our family beach week. 8 adults and 8 kids. Spacious, clean, nice size bedrooms. Could use some updating/fixing of some items but it didn’t effect our stay. Wi-Fi not great. Will definitely rent again.

The place was a great location and spacious, but we couldn’t get the TVs to connect to cable or programming and the Wi-Fi was way too slow and frustrating. Also, it was older and more worn out than the photos.

We had a great trip. Overall, the house was good. Well stocked kitchen, spacious house, comfortable beds and Very close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Pool was nice. Minor issues with shower and sink drains throughout but rental company was quick to respond! Wi-Fi isn’t great but who cares when you’re at the beach. If you have children, be prepared for the multiple ice cream trucks that pass by all day lol

Well stocked kitchen, all the pots and pans we could ever use. So much space. Beautiful decks and space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were great to hop in after the beach. Loved the sofas and furniture. The dumb waiter was awesome; wish we'd realized it was there when we moved in.

We loved our getaway to 'All’s That'! The house is well maintained and perfect for our get away! We picked this location south of the more popular areas of the OBX, because it was closer to the Hatteras Lighthouse. We went down to see it a couple of times! In addition, it was right around the corner from groceries, excellent lunches from Brothers Sandwich Shack and down the street from Oceana's - the best fresh seafood! We loved the ocean view and walks in the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary! Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay with our kids (17 and over) and their friends. The downstairs gave them the space they needed and the upstairs had plenty of seating for meals, games and such! Loved being close to the store, having the heated pool and hot tub, and of course, the beach! The deck would be hard with younger kids.

Our extended family of 14 had a great week at 'Alls That'! The ocean view from the deck was beautiful and the back yard pool was a great alternative to the ocean. The grocery store is literally a 4 minute walk. The kitchen is well stocked, the mattresses are comfy and there was room for all of us in the family to sit comfortably and watch TV. Loved our stay!

My family just stayed at 'Alls That' this August and it was incredible! The location is everything with this house...the beach, the grocery store, fun food trucks, coffee...everything you need is just a walk away! The house was perfect for our needs with an open kitchen/living room where you can see the entire beach, plenty of room for the whole family, and enough bathrooms too! Would go back every month if we could!! Highly recommend - great customer service as well, very responsive and accommodating.

Gorgeous home, comfortable beds and furniture, very well stocked kitchen, spacious, and beautiful beach. Loved the sound of the ocean while I slept, and then waking to the view of the beach outside the bedroom windows of the downstairs bedrooms. Gorgeous, majestic views of sunrise from the deck while relaxing with coffee. Watching dogs out for their morning walks, and ball playing did my heart and soul wonders. Even had two deer visit from the dunes. Hot tub and pool were very well maintained. I would stress the importance of having renters know to follow directions and to NOT walk over the dunes. It's not an inconvenience to walk to the accesses that were set up to help protect the houses and the beach from storm surge. Would love to return with more family members next time.

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and was steps from the ocean. The morning sunrise was spectacular and a few days there we deer on the beach as they had crossed over the dunes. Avon is a great location when trying to escape the hustle and bustle.

With lots of popular attractions, you're sure to remain entertained throughout your stay.
