Relax on the spacious decks as you enjoy the breathtaking and "Amazing Sunset" while the rest of the family enjoys the private pool. This home offers a den and a loft for extra quiet time to finish off that good book you were reading.

Ground Level: Outside amenities include the private pool, outside shower and charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Singles plus a TV and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Den with TV, Queen Bedroom, full hall bath, 2 Bedrooms each with 2 Singles (one with attached half bath).

Top Level: Queen Bedroom, full hall bath, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, dining area seating 8, great room with TV/DVD, and Loft area with TV.

Extras: Private Pool (11 x 23), 4 TV, DVD player, stereo with CD/ MP3, wireless high-speed internet access, video library, outside shower, charcoal grill, high chair, well water, parking for 3 vehicles and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member (available to 2023 guests): This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach, has beautiful views, fully stocked with almost anything you may need in the kitchen, pool is great and is well maintained and there is so much space in the house. My family was very comfortable for the week we were there.

Amazing Sunset delivered on its name! The sunset view from the house was spectacular! The inside of the house was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for the week. The outside of the house needed some serious TLC. There were lots of spiders, especially the pool area. It was hard to get comfortable in the outside chairs in fear of spiders crawling on you. Overall, the Amazing Sunset property was a nice place to stay. If the outside of the property was taken better care of, we would continue renting this property year after year.

Property met our expectations. House was clean. Kitchen was well stocked, AC was comfortable, pool was small but great for evening dip. Sunset views from deck were wonderful. Beach access was only about a 5 minute walk. Sound access for kayaking was 3 minute walk.

Amazing Sunset is an amazing value. They say location is everything and the location is unmatched. Walking distance to both the bay and ocean. The majority of views from the property are the bay, but there are small patches of ocean views. The sunsets are, as described, amazing. Brindley's check-in process is exceptional. Everything we needed, and more, all in one package. When we called about the internet passcode, they had an answer within a minute. Brindley is extremely professional and takes extra steps to insure your vacation is just that...a vacation.
