DOLPHIN VIEW HIDEAWAY's location offers completely unobstructed views of the ocean and direct ocean access via a private community boardwalk to the beach with no intervening homes. This, 6,580 sq. ft. , premier home offers every major amenity including private pool (heated for a fee), hot tub, elevator, theater room, game room with billiards, full linens year round with beds made and even allows dogs. It is one of the very best values and books quickly, so don’t delay.

Ground Level: Double sided carport parking, one side with built in tables and bench seating perfect for a poolside lunch or seafood feast and an outside shower. A few steps up to the gated private pool with baby pool, loungers, hot tub with lift assist and ocean views. Inside you'll find a den with full size refrigerator, pub table seating 8, TV and an elevator to all levels. 

Level 2: Game room with pool table, deck access, sitting area with large-screen TV and game table seating 4. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, sink and island seating for 4.  Spacious theater room with leather reclining seating for 10, large projection screen TV with Blu-ray player and surround sound. Half bathroom and the laundry room with folding counter and utility sink. King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom with dual vanity. Bedroom with 2 Full/Full Bunks and a TV. 

Level 3: Den with seating, large TV and deck access with gorgeous ocean views. 3 King Master Bedrooms each with TV, deck access and private bathroom (one with dual vanity). King Bedroom with TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom sporting dual vanities with a Bedroom with a Full/Full Bunk and a TV. 

Top Level: Elegant great room with breathtaking ocean views and overhead palm fans that sway from the vaulted ceilings. This beach paradise offers a gas fireplace, ocean view deck access and a large TV with Blu-ray DVD and surround sound. Kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar seating 4, double ovens and double dishwashers to make cooking for your large group a breeze.  Adjacent to the kitchen are 2 dining areas, one with seating for 6, and a formal dining area with seating for 14. Nearby is a half bath and a King Master Bedroom Suite with TV, deck access and private bathroom with dual vanity and tile shower. Also on this floor is an elevated loft with TV, table seating 4 and balcony for a bird's eye view of the ocean. You won't believe how lavish the good life can be when you're living in DOLPHIN VIEW HIDEAWAY.

2023, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/6/23 -10/6/23

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This house does not provide beach chairs. 

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

I can't say enough good things about this house! We spent a week there and unfortunately had unseasonably cool weather...but the house was a vacation saver! The pool and hot tub provided a break from the chilly wind so the young adults have fun out there.The elevator was a must and worked great for our 3 over 80 visitors. The young adults love the second floor with the pool table, living area and kitchenette/bar area.I love the kitchen with two ovens and two dishwashers! There are a total of three refrigerators at the house and with such a large group they were great to have!Loved that all the king beds had attached baths! Bunk rooms were great too.Everyone loved the theater room and we used it every evening! The views are phenomenal from every floor...loved the wrap around balconies.

17 people ages 19-86 had the best week. The house is awesome with views and wrap around balconies on every level.We didn’t have the best weather so this made the house even more important! The young adults lived the 2nd floor with the pool table,, living room and kitchenette. Perfect for them to be loud late into the night and no one was disturbed.The elevator worked great and was a must for our three in their 80’s.Everyone enjoyed the theater room and it was used everyday!The pool and hot tub let’s us enjoy being out side and provided a break from the wind with its enclosure.The main floor kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We ate every meal in and never were short a pan/appliance or plates/cups. Having two dishwashers and two ovens was great and were time savers!

Rodanthe, a small village surrounded by the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, offers a beautiful retreat in the heart of the Outer Banks. We know you could probably spend your entire vacation relaxing on the sandy shore or making memories with loved ones in your vacation rental but you might want to try something new as well. There are many fun things to do in Rodanthe as this little slice of heaven gives you access to the best of both worlds with both the bay and ocean on either side of you. Rodanthe is part of the Hatteras Island community and that comes with all the rich history of the area. 

Chicamacomico Life Saving Station gives you a peak into the past of the area with regular reenactments of what it was like for crews to rescue shipwrecks back in time. You can explore the station and learn a bunch about what these crews had to go through to keep sailors safe. You can also pick up some gear from the local surf shop to try out surfing, kiteboarding, or windsurfing for the first time. Having the ocean and the sound on either side of you gives you plenty of options for enjoying the water throughout your trip!
