JUBILATE (ju-bil-ah-tay) "Sing with Joy" is a spacious vacation home offering a large, airy living space and just a stones throw from the beach walk over. Located on the Oceanside, Jubilate has everything your family will need for a great vacation! Each bedroom offers deck access and several offer ocean views!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a basketball hoop and a park-style charcoal grill. Inside you will find a Rec Room with a large flat-screen TV/ DVD/VCR, Queen Sleep Sofa, beverage refrigerator and a foosball table.

Mid Level: King Bedroom that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles, Queen Bedroom that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with a Queen Bed and Bunk Set. Laundry room with utility sink, washer and dryer. All four bedrooms with deck access.

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV/DVD/VCR, stereo, wood burning fireplace, game table seating 2 and deck access, dining area seating 10, kitchen with counter seating 4 and a sitting area with deck access, half bath and a King Master Bedroom with a full size crib, deck access and a full bath with a whirlpool tub.

Extras: Hot Tub, 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, 2 VCRs, high-speed internet, stereo, wood burning fireplace, high chair, beverage refrigerator, foosball table, jogging stroller, beach toys, basketball hoop, 2 picnic tables, book library, DVDs/videos, gas grill, park-style charcoal grill and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Distance to Beach access: 375'. House Address: 132 Wampum Drive. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Singles, Bunk Set, Queen Sleep Sofa. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great, roomy house, close to the beach, and can walk to stores, etc, in the Town of Duck!

If you arent too fussy, this home is close to the beach and spacious. Outdated and equipped with primarily mismatched, inexpensive stuff. I suppose its all relative to what you are accustomed to.

This is a nice house for four family unit. The beds are comfortable and the couch and chair in the living area are nice. It comes with small appliances and pots and pans. No toaster but does have toaster oven. The jet tub is a nice feature.

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS

  • All items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach before 6:30am and after 6:30pm are subject to confiscation as well as a civil penalty. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night. 

Town of Duck - Tent/Chair/Shade Restrictions:

  • Set ups must allow for 15 feet, from the base of the dune, travel lane for emergency access and must not be closer than 10 feet to dune vegetation or turtle nest.
  • Set ups must not be closer than 50 feet, in any direction, from a lifeguard stand, emergency, or beach access.
  • Tents may not exceed 12x12, cannot be taller than 9 feet, cannot be tied together with another tent (unless they are perpendicular to the shore), must be spaced 10 feet from each other, and guy wires may not extend beyond the 12x12 max limit.
  • All shade structures must be secure.
