Ground Level: Outside you'll find a fenced area with outside shower, private pool and hot tub. Inside you'll find the game room with TV and patio/courtyard access, Queen Bedroom and full hall bathroom.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access to a private balcony and a large master bathroom with dual vanity, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, full hall bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer and den with Sleep Sofa and TV.

Top Level: Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating 3, dining area seating 6, great room with TV, electric fireplace and deck access and a half bath.

Extras: Private Pool (22 x 10), Hot Tub, multiple TVs/DVDs, gas grill, high chair, pack-n-play, high-speed wireless internet access, community water, fenced courtyard, outside shower, carport, parking for 3 vehicles, community pool and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Very clean and well-maintained home. The community has nice amenities and is in fairly close proximity to the beach although it is a good bit of a walk. If you are taking groceries for a week's stay, be aware that there is not a second refrigerator.

  • All vehicles including golf carts, must be parked in a driveway.  On-street parking and on grass parking are strictly prohibited.  
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
