Guests to this establishment can enjoy over 22,000 square feet of space dedicated to educating the public on the diversity of wildlife that exists across North Carolina. The center is open from Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm and since opening its doors in 2006 has continued to captivate the minds and imaginations of guests of all ages. The many displays and exhibits feature a variety of species that are native to the state as well as some that take a bit more unique approach to education including the waterfowl decoy exhibit.
