Welcome to "Moore's on Shores," where coastal charm meets laid-back beachside living! This inviting 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage is just a short stroll from the pristine sands of Hatteras Island, offering the perfect retreat for sun-seekers and water enthusiasts alike.

Ground Level: There’s plenty of room for your surfboards and beach gear, with spacious parking and an outdoor shower to wash away the salty adventures. Got a fish tale as big as our fish cleaning station? Well, there's one ready for you to test out, along with a large backyard perfect for those who fancy impromptu evening barbecues, family bonfires, or early morning yoga with a sea breeze.

Mid Level: The mid-level is nothing short of comfort. It houses a King bedroom fit for royalty, with a private bath featuring a jacuzzi tub and access to its own deck. Additionally, two more bedrooms are conveniently located on this level. The Pyramid bunk bedroom is an absolute kingdom for kids, while the roomy Queen bedroom is ideal for restful nights. Both share a well-appointed bathroom. Step outside and enjoy bubbly bliss in the hot tub. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.

Top Level: Step inside and feel the warm, welcoming vibe of this airy home. The top floor boasts an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a fluid space brimming with natural light. It's perfect for hanging out with loved ones. Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, then gather in the dining area or living room to share stories and laughs. The Queen bedroom on this floor shares a bathroom and continues the theme of comfort and convenience. Want to soak up some sun? Head out to the screened-in porch or sun deck, which is ideal for soaking up the peaceful coastal atmosphere.

When you're ready to explore, you're in luck! Moore's on Shores is in a prime location, close to restaurants, museums, shops, and a skate park. Water enthusiasts will love the nearby paddleboarding and kiteboarding opportunities. Leave your worries at the door, and let the island time begin!

Extras: Hot Tub, outside shower, fish cleaning station, outside furniture and eating area, covered deck, sun deck, DVD player, traditional coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot, air fryer, and plenty of parking. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Distance to beach access: Oceanside. Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full). Key Type: Lockbox. Check-In Location: At the Property.

Fireplace is not for guest use

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds, in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days to avoid cancellation. During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number, and nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance and other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and fully submit payment.
