Krazy 4 Shore is your perfect oceanside beach house! Centrally located in the heart of Avon, on a quiet cul-de-sac, you are less than 50 feet to beach access, yet convenient to the Avon pier, shopping, and dining —this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is perfect for the entire group. The fun does not stop after a day in the sun! Enjoy your own private pool area, hot tub, large yard, screened porch or unwind on the sundeck. Don’t forget your 4-legged friend… Krazy 4 Shore is dog-friendly!

Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 5 vehicles, a hot tub, a private pool, an outside shower, a spacious yard, corn hole, and a charcoal grill.

Single Level: As you enter the home, you’ll immediately notice the cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and skylights throughout the open living area. The living area has access to the sun deck and is furnished with a large sectional sofa and TV. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, all of the cookware you will need to prepare today’s catch, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 8. Bedrooms #1 and 2 are each furnished with a Queen bed, a TV, and share a full spacious bathroom located off the hallway. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a King bed and a TV. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full)… perfect for the little ones in your group! Another full hallway bathroom is located between Bedrooms #3 and #4.

Extras: Private pool, hot tub, tiki bar with built-in swings, firepit, corn hole, horseshoes, yard connect four, oversized Jenga, outside shower, charcoal grill, 4 TVs, pack-n-play, high chair, WiFi, Keurig, screened porch, sun decks, deck furniture, and parking for 6 vehicles. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Welcome. Distance to beach access: 425 feet. Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Twin Trundle (Twin over Full). Key Type: Keyless Entry. Check-In Location: At the Property.

Pool Heat is an additional $500 per week

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

We loved the location and size of this house for our needs. We didn’t want a gigantic house but we did want a pool and close proximity to the beach. Nice deck out front and back, the pictures on the listing are as accurate as you can get. House is very nice and updated, clean. Well thought out and well appointed. Had anything you might need from beach gear to plenty of dishes to extra blankets etc. really nice place. The pool was great. Deeper than I would have thought. Thanks for a great time, going back next year. Love the Outer Banks.

Wonderful Cottage!

'Krazy 4 Shore' was a super-cute cottage that was close to a beach access, in addition to, the shops in the area. We enjoyed having a pool and hot tub to use when we didn't want to be on the beach. We loved the screened in porch! It was great that we could bring our pet. The owner was great with her communications.

My husband and I spent two weeks here in the off season and had an amazing time ! It’s so close to the beach and necessities (restaurants, groceries). The place itself was super clean and well maintained! It’s also so well stocked for cooking and nights in. You won’t regret staying here!

We love the house. It was clean, and well supplied with all of the things we needed. My granddaughters loved the hot tub. It was a short walk to the beach and it was not over crowded. The weather didn’t cooperate. There was only one day of sunshine while we were there, but we all enjoyed the beach regardless. This was one of the best locations and rental we have had.

Great spot in Avon. Beach is a short walk and the pool and hot tub offer you to take a sand free moment. Would recommend and would certainly stay again if the southern beaches are what you're looking for.

The house and location were great for our family get away. The house is clean, fresh linens are provided, kitchen is well-equipped, common areas in the house are spacious, screened in porch was great for games and dining in. Avon and the house are a great location with restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short 2-minute drive. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub daily. The management team was great at answering questions for us as we arrived early and they were so accommodating. We had a great trip!

Great Family Getaway!

This property is a perfect family retreat. There were 4 of us and the dog and had room to spare. We loved the central dining table for meals and playing games. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking with lots of counter space. We all enjoyed the pool and appreciated the plethora of chairs and lounges around the pool. The beach entrance is very close but has many stairs to get up and over the dune so may be tough for visitors with less mobility. View from the top of the dune of the beach and Avon fishing pier is beautiful! Our only complaint was the presence of small, mostly invisible cactus on and around the property. It was difficult for the dog and bare feet/sandals anywhere but on the driveway. We enjoyed the Avon area - several good places to eat, a close grocery store but in a small, friendly community. Hatteras lighthouse national park is not far and has great ranger programs (check their scheduled events - shore fishing, kayaks, dark skies star viewing on the beach, etc.!). Lots of charter fishing opportunities not too far either.

Peaceful Retreat

This was a great rental for a peaceful getaway with my husband and our dog . We had quests for a couple days as well . Nice home. Perfect location. Delicious food in the area and the pool was key to full enjoyment. Everything was great. One suggestion would have been a guest info book to inform renters of areas attractions and a place to write a message . We loved the assortment of games and the kitchen is very well set up and filled with supplies. I would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at Krazy 4 Shore. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi password and the property management team fixed the issue within minutes.

We loved our stay at Krazy 4 Shore! Super short walk to the beach and the pool was such a great luxury to have after a hot morning on the beach or when the ocean was a little rough. The house was wonderful and had everything our family of 4 (plus 1 dog) needed with extras to spare! Working with Shore Details was also a very seamless process and communication was effective. No complaints from us!
