Resting Beach Place, located at the Villas of Hatteras Landing, is perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a full-week vacation in Hatteras Village! Resting Beach Place is only 300 yards to community beach access, less than 100 yards to community sound access, and is conveniently located to many shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries, marinas, and within walking distance to the Ocracoke ferry! The Villas of Hatteras Landing offers a large pool with lounge chairs, access to several gas grills, and ample shared parking. Unwind after a long day on the private balcony overlooking the community pool and watch the sunset over the Pamlico Sound.

Single Level Condo (located on Level 2 of 2): As you enter the unit you are greeted by an open-concept living and kitchen area. The living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove top, convection mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar seating 4. The spacious full bathroom is located off the hallway. Then, you will enter the King Bedroom which provides you with a flat-screen TV and a private balcony overlooking the community pool.

Extras: 2 flat-screen TVs, community beach access with shower, community sound access, community pool with 2 gas grills (April - October), 2 community laundry facilities (free - one on each floor), an air-fryer, and a crockpot. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Distance to Beach Access: 900 feet. Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Check-In Location: At the Property.

This unit is on the second (top) level and is only accessible by stairs.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This unit was perfect for my husband and I. It is close to the Ocracoke ferry and the ocean and the sound. It was very clean unit with everything you could need for a week away from home. Brindley Beach staff were awesome to deal with. I reached out to them several times prior to our arrival and they were always great about answering any and all questions. I recommend using Brindley Beach when booking your trip.

We had a great stay at this location. We found everything to be clean and neat. The pool was nice and never too busy to get a table/chairs/umbrella. We found it to be a very economical stay for our family of 4. The pack n play we brought fit easily in the master bedroom. My 6 year old didn't want to sleep on the pull out sofa but we had plenty of room in the king sized bed for us all. One of my favorite aspects of this property is that it was close to the Red and White for groceries and several nice restaurants were very close like Sol and Dinkey's.

My family had a good time at 'Resting Beach Place'! It was the perfect size for two adults and a toddler. We are very grateful for the pool - due to rip currents, it was not possible to swim in the ocean for majority of our trip. One thing I would note is that there is no storage space for nonperishable food in the kitchen, and many of the closets or cabinets in the unit are locked. If you are planning to cook frequently, know that you will have limited counter space.

Conveniently located to fit our needs with a quiet beach and the sound to go fishing, both within a short walking distance. Little shops right there in the village and the ferry dock right next door. Very clean condo with a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean across the way. Everything we needed included pots/pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot and so much more. I highly recommend as a great vacation getaway and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Condo was super clean, very nice and comfortable. The only drawback (and this was no fault of the owner) is that the community ice machines were always empty and the community laundry was always being used. The location was amazing as was the views from the balcony. Truly paradise and can't wait to return!
