Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Group Therapy at this property. Easy walk to the beach with few steps to climb up and over the dunes. Hot tub and large pool and pool deck were a big hit. Pool cabana was a very nice feature for guests that wanted to be poolside but out of the sun. Pool table, foosball and shuffle board kept all entertained when not at the beach or in the pool/hot tub. We plan to return to this same property.

Pool area was improved over last year. It was nice last year, but really nice this year. The cabana area was designed nicely for this area. Can be in the shade or sun, plenty of room for everyone.

This was our fourth year at this property. It accommodates our family wonderfully! We consider it our summer *home*. Everything you need is right there. Its close to everything. Cant imagine visiting obx and not staying at Group Therapy.

Beautiful home, plenty of bedrooms. Common areas were big and plentiful. Salt water pool was huge and very well kept. Elevator was a huge bonus and made moving in/out days so much easier. WALK to beach was really not a huge issue, and was on a small road with little to no traffic throughout the week. Plenty of space on the beach, never felt like anyone was right on top of us. This home is far enough away from lots of people, however very close to duck if you want to go north, and very short drive to anywhere in Kitty Hawk, Nags Head or Kill Devil Hills. Also easily to go right back onto mainland for golfing and the soon to open water park.

Great house for a family group or multiple families. Lots of space. The pool is great. Very close to the beach. Convenient location between Duck and Kitty Hawk. Bike trails lead to Duck shops. Overall great property.

Great spacious property a 5 minute walk away from the beach. The pool area is fantastic and the house setup is great. Plenty to do and plenty of games included. Rooms are nice.
