Inside you'll find a garage with street-legal golf cart ($100 cash key deposit) and full-size refrigerator and a game room with pinball (quarter operated) and half bathroom.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Single. Laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink and the screened porch.

Top Level: Great room with a large flat-screen TV/DVD, sound bar, gas fireplace and screened porch access. Dining area seating 8 with deck access, half bathroom and kitchen with counter seating for 3 and wine captain. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not provide beach chairs.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member: This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

I don't want to say rent it, because we want it available for next year!! This house went above expectations. Best place we have stayed at in OBX! I regret to say that I did not write down the names of the people in the rental office. I went there to get the key to the golf cart. They were so polite and kind. They took time to answer some questions and really seemed to care that we enjoyed our stay in the rental. Thank you so much!

This house was perfect! Plenty of space, the pool and hot tub were a great addition. Many kitchen items included that you normally don’t find. Only thing missing is a step to get in/out of the hot tub and master bed (short people problems). We will rent again real soon!
