Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub and foot wash, covered carport with outside shower, charcoal grill and a picnic table. Entry level.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with a TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom plus a Single Trundle, Bedroom with a Full Bed and Bunk Set, full hallway bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a TV/VCR/DVD and deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2, dining area seating 8 and a King Master Bedroom with TV.

Extras: Private Pool (14 x 20), Hot Tub, 3 TVs, VCR, DVD Player, high-speed wireless internet, picnic table, foot wash, beach chairs, high chair, pack-n-play, outside shower, washer/dryer, parking for 4 cars, charcoal grill and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: 590'. Beds: King, 2 Queens, 1 Full, Bunk Set, Trundle. House Address: 3700 Hallett Street, Kitty Hawk. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy., Kitty Hawk Office.

2026, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/9/26 -10/9/26

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Property was very comfortable for six adults. Very short walk to the beach, shops or restaurants.

Near the Beach!

It's roomy and cozy, and very near the beach. Has outside shower (with hot water) in the grilling area, which is really helpful. We enjoyed the private hot tub and pool. We had telework and online school the entire week and no problems with the WIFI.

House was very nice clean pool and hot tub. The kitchen ware was a bit limited but for the most part had what you could need. Unfortunately the roof did leak right above the bed when it rained while we were there, this was the biggest downfall but they got maintenance there quickly to look and take pictures so hopefully that will be fixed.
