Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

My husband and I stayed at Devonshire in September 2023 and we loved it! It was the perfect location with pretty scenery and some of the most beautiful sunset'swe’ve ever seen on the sound front, while also being just a quarter mile walk to the beach. We were able to easily take a stroller/wagon from the house to the beach because there was a freshly paved sidewalk. The house itself was big, with lots of space to sleep, play and hangout for large groups. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to cook ourselves. We plan to return each summer and stay at Devonshire again.

Beautiful views from the house and pool. Everyone including the dogs loved the home. TVs everywhere and hundreds of books and movies to use. The walk to the beach was just a few blocks and we never felt the need to drive there. A very relaxing and perfect week.

Excellent vacation property to accommodate large families or multiple families. The multi level bedroom/bathroom layout allows for privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped with virtually every cooking utensil and storage container you could want. The property is also in close proximity to the fitness center for the workout buffs as well. Great views of the sound, a good pool for the kids, and a short walk to the beach.
