Catchin Waves is centrally located in the heart of Corolla! This Friday to Friday rental is a bright and comfortable home with 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths and 2 living spaces with plenty of deck space. Catchin Waves is within minutes of the life guarded beach, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, water sports, grocery stores, historic sites and the 4x4 beaches (parking permit required). Enjoy a short walk to take advantage of Monteray Shores amenities, including 2 Soundside piers, community pool and basketball courts to name a few. Beach parking at Bonito Street public beach parking and beach access approx 1056 yards. 

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an outside enclosed shower,park-style charcoal grill and carport. Keyless entry access and laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Den with 40" flat-screen smart TV, Queen Sleep Sofa and access to deck with Hot Tub and outdoor seating for 4, full bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with private full bath, flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access and a Bunk Room with DuoBunk and a Single over Futon Bunk with TV/DVD.

Mid Level Landing: Half bath on the landing between the mid and top level.

Top Level: Great room with 50" flat-screen smart TV, kitchen with smooth-top range and breakfast bar seating 4, dining area with seating for 8 and deck access with table and chairs, 2 chaise lounges and and additional seating. King Master Bedroom with private bath, flat-screen TV and deck access.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

I really liked this home. It is well maintained and gives the overall impression of a newer home. Carpets were clean and seemed new, it had all new kitchen appliances and the furnishings like the beds and couches were quality pieces which made the home very comfortable. Overall, I thought this home was a really good value. It is located close to route 12 but there is foliage that gives plenty of privacy. When outside you do hear road noise, but I did not find it to be bothersome. It is a quick and painless car ride to the beach lot and I found this more convenient than some ocean side homes I rented in the past. Access to a community pool, gym and tennis was an added bonus.

Community Restrictions

  • No parking on streets.

  • Overflow parking lot by the Club House, guests must fill out a parking permit/pass at the club house to be there overnight (No fee for this pass).
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
