One of the closest soundside homes to the beach (just a 5 minute walk), come enjoy the beauty of the Outer Banks! Your family will love this vacation home and want to return year after year! 

Ground Level: Outside you'll find the private pool, outside shower and hot tub (Mid level deck). Entry level and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms both with TV and private bathrooms and a Queen Bedroom with deck access that shares a bath with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and deck access. Hot Tub is on the deck with table and chairs seating 6.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, stereo/CD and deck access, dining area seating 8, kitchen with counter seating for 3, half bath and a King Master Bedroom with TV, whirlpool bath tub and separate shower.

Extras: Private Pool (10 x 24), Hot Tub, 5 TVs (with 60+ channel streaming service), DVD player, 2 pack-n-plays, high chair, 2 strollers, gas & charcoal grills, community water, high-speed internet, large dog crate, 5 minute walk to the beach, linens and towels provided and Monteray Shores Community amenities. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Community Restrictions

  • No parking on streets.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, golf carts, go-carts, trailers or boats are allowed in the driveways or within the community; including community parking lots.
  • Overflow parking lot by the Club House, guests must fill out a parking permit/pass at the club house to be there overnight (No fee for this pass).
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.

  • No Beach Access in Monteray Shores. (Closest Public Beach Accesses and Parking are located on the Oceanside across from Monteray Shores in the community of Whalehead Beach)
