Upgrades for 2023 included the addition of a half bath on the beach/pool level, all new outdoor showers, new expanded pool deck, fence and artificial turf. Indoor renovation included new LVT flooring throughout top level living areas with new custom shelving on the gas fireplace.

Come early, use the Beach Club until the house is ready for occupancy or at the end of your trip to extent your stay and avoid the early traffic. The Beach Club includes a large oceanfront pool with lap lanes, bathrooms, fenced kiddie pool and beach access.

Ground Level: Outside amenities include a private pool, hot tub (on mid-level covered deck), poolside half bathroom, stereo speakers, 2 outside showers, basketball hoop, beach chairs and boogie boards, gas grill. Inside you'll find a Recroom with TV, Queen Sleep Sofa and 12' shuffleboard table, freestanding arcade game, mini bar with full size refrigerator with ice maker and the laundry with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, Queen Master Bedroom with TV, and a Bedroom with DuoBunk, Trundle and TV that shares a bathroom with a Queen Bedroom. All bedrooms have deck access and the hot tub is on the covered deck.

Top Level: Great room with flat screen TV, 5 speaker surround sound and gas fireplace, Ship's Watch with gorgeous views, half bath, kitchen with counter seating 3, dining room seating 10, screened porch, and a King Master Bedroom with TV and 2 private decks.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This has been our fourth time staying at Worth The Waite. We always had such an awesome experience. The house is wonderful for families with small kids. The location of the house is so close to the beach. We absolutely love the pool and hot tub. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the upstairs wrap-around deck in the evening to enjoy the ocean breeze (Very nice colorful Adirondack chairs). The swing is in a nice shaded area of the house. We love the Pine Island community and all of the running/biking trails. The house is so close to the grocery store and Tim Buck II. We can't wait to come back in September.
