King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and full private bathroom and a Bedroom with a Double Bed and Single Bed.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Bella Vita is a Great Property!

We stayed their with our three small kids and grandparents. The house works really well for multiple families to stay at it. The grandparents took the bottom floor and there is a living area and two bedrooms down there as well as a fridge. That is also how you get out to the pool. We took the middle floor which has four bedrooms and then the third floor has a really nice living area and kitchen. One of the bedrooms on the middle floor has a crib. The house also has baby gates you can use to block the stairs. They really have thought of everything for young families. We stayed with a 5, 3, and 1 year old so that was really important. They also had a book bin upstairs with kids books that my kids loved!The house was clean and obviously well taken care of. Kitchen has most things you need to cook with. Nice pots and pans, crockpot, coffee makers, pie pans etc. The pool is not huge but it was perfect for us! Love the lip on one edge that adults can sit on and kids can stand up on. The pool has a fence around it with gates that are difficult for kids to open. A really nice safety feature!As far as location: you are walking distance to the beach as well as the town of Duck. Corolla is about 30 min away. Walmart is 15 min. Sand dunes 30. Aquarium 40 min. It really is a good central location where you can get to a lot of things quickly!We will definitely be back! Such a good house. One thing to note - it is a lot of stairs to navigate as you move in and out.
