Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool, hot tub, pool basketball hoop, poolside furniture, outside shower and foot wash. Inside you'll find the Recroom with flat-screen TV, card/game table, pool table, dart board, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, sink, microwave, counter seating for 3 and pool deck access. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway) with roll under sink and roll in shower. Elevator access to all levels.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with large private bathrooms and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with large private bathroom and deck access and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, wall of windows with sound views, deck access and wine bar, half bath, kitchen with counter seating 3, dining area seating 8 and deck access with gas grill, outside dining/seating and sound views.

Extras: Private Pool (30 x 15), Hot Tub, ELEVATOR, 3 Streaming TVs, high speed internet access, gas grill, books, pool table, card/game table, dart board, pool basketball hoop, hammock swing, kitchenette, outside shower, foot wash, electric fireplace, 2 full size refrigerators, wine bar, parking for 6 vehicles and Villages at Ocean Hill community pool and tennis. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Garage is not available for guest use. 

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Community Restrictions

  • No parking on roads, streets or shoulders.
  • All vehicles must fit in driveway of the property.
  • Guests are not permitted to use the parking lots, beach accesses or community amenities until 4PM on the day of arrival.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.

Villages at Ocean Hill Fitness Center  – Usage FEE for Individual: *$15/day or $50/week (per house rates also available -up to 4 users- *price subject to change), call 252-453-9604 for more information.

In-Season (the third Saturday in May through the last Friday in September): 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Daily
