We're thrilled to announce that during the down season of 2023-2024 the house went through numerous renovations with every corner being touched to provide a modern, comfortable beach experience. With fresh updates throughout, this home is primed and ready to welcome you. These renovations include new flooring, open concept kitchen, new appliances, paint throughout the entire home, remodeled top level half bathroom, new furniture and new recessed LED lighting throughout.

You're just a short 7-minute stroll (or 2 blocks) from the pristine sands of Corolla beaches. Experience the majestic sunsets over the Currituck Sound with a leisurely 20-minute walk to the historic Whalehead Club. For nature enthusiasts, the 4x4 beaches are a mere 2.2 miles away, home to the wild Spanish Mustangs. Shopping aficionados can explore the Timbuck II shopping village, only 3.4 ,miles away, boasting 60 unique local establishments. Also contains front door entry, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and a rear covered deck with backyard access.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with full private bath and soaking tub, 55" flat-screen smart HDTV and front deck access. Spacious great room with 55" flat-screen smart HDTV, access to the large east facing deck with plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings. Dining room seating for 8, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar seating for 4, screened in porch with backyard access, and a half bath. In addition, there is a serene reading nook, where 2 plush chairs and warm lighting is the perfect spot for morning reads or evening relaxations.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can’t be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Leaseholder must be 25 years old and with a family group.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

House is short walking distance from beach. The area is fantastic for riding bikes - large paths for biking. You can bike to the lighthouse and towards the area of the wild horses. Living room and kitchen were great. House has all the pots and pans you need. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Lots of seating options. Maintenance crew promptly mowed the backyard after we called and brought it to their attention.

Great location in a great area. We will definitely consider renting this house again in future. Loved the fenced in back yard as well. We just had a wonderful vacation and hated to leave.
