This 3200 square foot home is located just across the street from the Mackeral Street beach walkway for easy and direct beach access! This house features three levels of expansive decks with direct access to five bedrooms and the great room.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a gated private pool, hot tub and lounge chairs, outside shower, basketball hoop and a landscaped yard. Inside you'll find a den with direct pool access, 60" flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Sofa, kitchenette with sink, full refrigerator and microwave and the laundry area with washer and dryer. King Bedroom with 50" flat-screen TV and a full bathroom.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with 32" and 40" flat-screen TVs and deck access, Queen Bedroom with 40" flat-screen TV, deck access and semi-private bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, 32" flat-screen TV and deck access. Half bathroom between the mid and top levels.

Top Level: Features an open great room with 3 couches, 65" flat-screen TV/ Blu-Ray DVD, gas fireplace and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room with seating for 10 and a loft with game with table seating for 4 and computer desk. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This home has absolutely everything you need! All the beach equipment, sand toys, boogie boards, hundreds of books, piles of puzzles and games. Every kitchen appliance you can think of is well organized and labeled in drawers and cabinets. You only need to bring your food and your clothes-really. The owners have thought of everything. The pool is big and the hot tub great for relaxing. The boardwalk to the beach is great, but be forewarned there are 72 stairs to get up and over the dune. We had a great vacation!

Most houses supply wireless internet now but this house also supplies a computer! The electronics are NOT just the basics and make it so enjoyable to be indoors. What vacation homeowner not only provides their guests with a large selection of Directv channels but also includes premium channels AND a Genie DVR system?! Its unheard of...and much appreciated on the cool, rainy days or when you simply feel like relaxing inside. Thank you for all your obvious generosity and understanding of what makes a vacation house -the best vacation home!!! :)

In 1993 we came to OBX for the first time, fell in love with the area and have been vacationing here ever since. In all of these years, we have never had the pleasure of staying in a house comparable to Catch A Breeze. To say that this house is welcoming, well-maintained, beautifully furnished and clean just doesnt do it justice. We have never stayed anywhere with such an organized, well-equipped kitchen, where every appliance actually works perfectly and looks brand new! Plus not only is there ample storage space in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, but every drawer and cabinet is CLEAN inside and most are lined with cushioned liners. This incredible attention to detail makes all the difference...nothing is overlooked.

This was our first time in the OBX and we really loved it here. Catch a Breeze was a perfect house for our family. Loved everything about it. It was decorated very nice but not so fancy that we couldnt enjoy it with our children and grandchildren. We loved all the extras that were included like games, DVD players in every room plus all bedding and towels were included. This doesnt sound very important but when traveling with 14 people, little extras like this mean a lot. The location of the house was great. The bonus was the free sitting we had with 12th Street Portraits. Cant wait to see the pictures. She did an awesome job with 14 people. We are definitely making plans to come back soon.
