Ground Level: Outside amenities include a private pool, hot tub, outside shower and charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and TV, full hall bath.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access, King Bedroom with TV/DVD, fax machine and deck access, Queen Bedroom with TV, full hall bath, and laundry.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating for 12, and a King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access.

Extras: Private Pool (14 x 28), Hot Tub (6), 6 TVs, 4 DVD players, video/DVD/book libraries, wireless high-speed internet access, high chair, basketball hoop, horseshoes, outside shower, 2 picnic tables, charcoal grill, parking for 5 vehicles, community water, linens and towels provided and Monteray Shores community amenities. 2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/24 -10/11/24

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This house was great! The baby gate was a big help with my little guy. Close to stores and walking distance to beach. House is clean, well stocked and in a secluded area. Would be our first choice next year!

Community Restrictions

  • No parking on streets.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, golf carts, go-carts, trailers or boats are allowed in the driveways or within the community; including community parking lots.
  • Overflow parking lot by the Club House, guests must fill out a parking permit/pass at the club house to be there overnight (No fee for this pass).
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.

  • No Beach Access in Monteray Shores. (Closest Public Beach Accesses and Parking are located on the Oceanside across from Monteray Shores in the community of Whalehead Beach)
