Mid Level: Entry Level.  Sound views from all living areas in this home!  Great room with seating, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8 and access to the sSoundfront deck with lots of seating and a picnic table. Bedroom with 2 Singles that shares a hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Single. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with TV, private bathroom, deck access and sound views. 

Top Level: Den with TV and deck access to a sun deck with sound views!  Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom. 

Extras: Soundfront dock, 2 TVs, hammock, picnic table, gas grill, high speed internet access, outside shower, sound views galore and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

The fireplace is not available to guests.

Community amenities, restaurants, gyms, etc. that are usually available to you on vacation may not be open during your stay. Brindley Beach Vacations cannot guarantee nor do we have control over the availability of these businesses during the 2020 season.

 

The communities of Sanderling and Palmer’s Island are centered on the decommissioned Caffey’s Inlet Life Saving Station which now houses the Sanderling Inn Restaurant. This lovely area, abounding in vegetation is a dedicated bird sanctuary. Along with the quiet natural beauty, wildlife enthusiasts will delight in the nature trails for bird watching and fresh-air adventures!

  • 12 Beach Accesses (2 on Station Bay Dr, 2 on Martin Ln, 1 on Vireo Way, 1 on Waxwing Ln, 1 on Waxwing Ct, 1 on Blue Heron Ln, 1 on Pelican Way , 1 on Shearwater Way and 2 located on Skimmer Way)

 

Sanderling Inn Health Club Facility

Some homes offer community privileges at the Sanderling Inn Health Club, please see the individual house page to see if this is included in your rental.  (Sanderling rules and regulations apply; guests must be 18 or older to use the health club facility)

  • Soundfront Outdoor Pool with Kiddie Pool (open from mid-May through late-September)
  • Tennis Courts (available at a nominal fee per day/week)

 

Sanderling Community Restrictions

  • Motor bikes, ATVs and motor homes/campers are prohibited and may not be parked or stored in the community.
  • Jet skis and wave runners may not be used, operated, launched, retrieved, tied up at any dock, moored in the sound or ocean, parked or stored anywhere in the community.
