Enjoy the South Pacific ambiance, magnificent sunrises and sunsets from this Semi-Oceanfront beach cottage with professionally landscaped grounds. Designed to accommodate a family or couples, it provides a haven for children and the family dog with gated decks and accesses which lead to the fenced back yard.

Ground level: Large fenced in back yard and the gated private pool.

Mid Level: Entry Level, King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV/DVD, a Queen Bedroom with deck access and TV/DVD, laundry area, and a hall bathroom.

Top Level: Features lots of decking with great ocean views, living room with HD TV/DVD, half bath, kitchen with counter seating for 4, and dining room seating 6. Picnic table with benches and chaise lounges on deck.

Extras: Private Pool (12 x 29), Hot Tub (8), 2 Single rollaway beds (for occupancy of 8), 4 TVs, 4 DVD Players, high-speed wireless internet, rocking chairs on deck, picnic table with benches, gas grill, video/DVD/book library, large fenced yard great for dogs, play set for children, outside shower and picnic table, cargo and luggage lift (available to guests with a $50 key deposit), community water and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: 190'. House Address: 1020 Lighthouse Drive. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Singles, 2 Rollaways. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Luggage lift is available for guest use with a $50 key deposit. Please come to the Corolla Office to leave your deposit and get the key.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The fenced back yard, and the lift for unpacking and packing were great. House was comfortable but would be a bit small if you had 6+ people.

Enjoyed the decks in front and side of house and appreciated all the gates on them, very safe for our dogs to be out with us. The fenced in backyard is wonderful!

We had a great stay at Kookabura, WL1020. Fantastic location, great home with everything you would need. Our pup really enjoyed the large fenced in yard. Great for playing frisbee. Very clean. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Probably the nicest beach side property I have been to that allows dogs. The yard, size of the yard, pool and proximity to the beach makes this hard to beat. The decks are also very nice.

Home away from home. Listening to the waves at night is awesome. Very quiet area. Close to everything including restaurants and shopping and especially the beach. Will definitely consider this property again when we come to visit.

The location of this property is perfect. It is very close to the beach The views are great. You can hear the ocean. The decks, pool and the backyard area are all great. You can watch the sunrise from the front and the sunset from the back! The hot tub was nice and big too! Overall a great spot that we definately would like to come back to.

This property is well suited for a single family or smaller group. The house is comfortable, with casual furnishings and a well-appointed kitchen. The property includes a huge yard with an in-ground pool, a hot tub, and decks on both the front and the back of the house. Some of the electronics are a bit outdated (there is no Blu-Ray player, for instance), but Wifi is available, and Dish TV offers a variety of channels. Although the house it not beach-front, it is only 1/2 block from a public beach access. It is a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

This property is perfect! Especially for children and dogs with the gated decks and huge yard. The house was very clean and made you feel so comfortable that you felt it was your own beach house. Nice pool and very close to the beach. Beautiful ocean views and you could hear the waves. No complaints at all. Loved our stay!
