Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The owners clearly care for this house and property. They have made considerable repairs, maintenance and upgrades. It was a very comfortable house for our family, and a reasonable and easy distance to the beach. We will definitely be back and when you stay - be sure to make the walk up the beach to the 4x4 area - we were able to get some great pics of the wild horses just beyond the fence.

  • Golf carts are restricted to be brought into the community by renter or outside vendor. (Golf carts are allowed within the community if vacation home/owner provides one for use)
  • Residents and guests shall not park, store or leave boats, trailers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles and the like on the community areas. All vehicles of this type must be parked in garages or completely within the parking area under the resident's Buck Island home.
  • Parking on the street or on the grass is prohibited at all times.
  • Fishing in community ponds are strictly prohibited
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night
