Inside you'll find a Recroom with HD TV/ Blu-Ray DVD, game table seating 5, kitchenette with small stove and deck access directly to the pool area, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, half bath, laundry with washer and new dryer and a 2 car garage with 2nd refrigerator.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom Suite with HD TV, walk-in closet, Day Bed with Trundle, deck access, ocean views and a large private bathroom including dual sinks, bath tub and shower. 2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/24 -10/11/24

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with extra cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The staircase is wide and works well for toddlers. Room separation is great, no noise issues (unless you have really loud 5 year old twins in your group). Community offers options other than the beach with a turtle pond and good playground. The house is stocked with thoughtful things to occupy rain days (books, puzzles, games, etc.). One of the best homes we have rented in terms of the kitchen, which has most of the gadgets you would have at home.

The house is amazing! Lots of gathering room on the main floor, but plenty of privacy on the lower floors and upper Master (we had to work while there and no interference of noise from the common area, excellent Wi-Fi connection). Beach access was perfect distance with protection for the pool area. Lighting, decks and outdoor furniture was great for different gatherings without crowding. My kids and grandkids have decided this is our forever beach house! Exceptionally stocked kitchen with any gadget you could want (bring your egg slicer, but knives and pans great, even everything for seafood boil!). House was in good repair. Wide staircase that was very easy for toddlers to navigate (2 yr old grand girl twins had no issues). We did not take advantage of any of the community amenities, as we were staying segregated, but the whole community was gated and well cared for. The Turtle Ponds were the highlight for the grandkids, had to walk every morning and evening to feed the turtles (I have never bought so many heads of lettuce)! Quiet community, very family and pet friendly. Grocery, Wings and restaurants all within walking distance. We never moved the cars. All of the beds had very firm mattresses, which was great for us, but a comment for those who are not so inclined. We have already sent this house to extended family for their fantastic beach week!

The house makes lovely use of space; each deck has some good seating. The proximity to the ocean is perfect and the House shares a driveway with a privately owned home which makes for a very peaceful stay.

The location of this house can not be beat - the community is also wonderful for families. The proximity to all needed resources such as a proper grocery store and a few restaurants is fantastic. Being able to utilize the cabana services makes everything smoother as your space on the beach is assured ahead of time.
