Ground Level: Outside amenities include a private pool, hot tub (mid level deck), outside shower and 4 charcoal grills. Inside you'll find a Rec Room with flat-screen TV, convertible Double Sleep Sofa, air hockey/pool table combo (not full size), deck access and kitchenette with full size refrigerator and sink. Half bath and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with TV/DVD and deck access, 2 Bedrooms each with DuoBunk and Trundle that share a full bath and deck access, laundry area with washer and dryer and the hot tub is on the deck.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD and deck access, dining area seating 8, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 6, half bath, Ships Watch with game table/additional dining for 4, and a King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access. 2 gas grills on the deck.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This is a lovely home and felt very comfortable! It has a great pool and jacuzzi. Some really fun decor. And a card explaining the TV remotes and how to use them. That was very thoughtful of the owner!

Great house for the $. 5 minute walk to the beach on path right next to the house. Clean, updated and has plenty of beach chairs so no need to bring your own. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and everything you could possibly need. Pool area was perfect for a large number of guests, and connected right to the basement entrance of the house.
