Enjoy gorgeous sunsets over Currituck Sound from this four bedroom, three bath renovated townhouse in Duck. Just a short walk public beach access or to all that Duck has to offer. You'll have access to a fishing pier and a private boat launch so bring your kayak and windsurfers! This spacious townhome includes 2 living rooms both with big screen TVs. It's a great arrangement for kids or teens to have their own space. Enjoy three decks with great high elevation views of the Sound as well as a screen porch for outdoor dining. The community indoor pool is just a few steps from your front door!

Ground Level: Entry Level. Den with big screen TV and kitchenette with full refrigerator and deck access with sound views, Queen Bedroom with sound views, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, full hall bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Kitchen with pantry and counter seating for 4, great room with big-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and gas fireplace and dining room seating 6. Access to the screen porch offering a table and chairs seating 6 and to the sun deck, both with sound views. Queen Bedroom with semi-private bathroom (second door to hallway shared with living areas).

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, private balcony with sound views and full bathroom with dual vanity, whirlpool tub and shower.

Extras: 3 TVs, Blu-Ray DVD, high-speed internet access, screened porch, gas grill, kitchenette, 2 full size refrigerators, community pool & tennis and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Beds: King, 2 Queens, DuoBunk. House Address: 129A Jay Crest. Key Type: Keyless entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Garage is not available to guests.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
