Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Nicest and Cleanest Property We've Stayed in!

This was the nicest and cleanest property we've stayed in. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted. This was the first time I've seen full and complete sets of glassware and silverware. It was not the typical hodge podge of different pieces. There was even an actual set of matching wine glasses...the first I've ever seen in a beach house rental. The location is great as well. There are small ocean views but the walk to the public access was 3 minutes tops.

Overall. this is a nice rental. The house was spacious and clean, but a bit dated. The carpet upon walking in the door really needs to be removed and the kitchen set up is a bit tricky. However, the kitchen was very well stocked. The griddle was awesome for family breakfasts. We could have used a few more kitchen towels. There is a nice seating area on the deck. The pool, hot tub, and volleyball net was enjoyed by all. The rental did have a number of beach chairs and boogie boards. The house is private and only a short walk to beach. There is also a place to park car and bikes near beach entrance. A bonus in the Tuckahoe neighborhood. We rented bikes and enjoyed the short ride to town. Rental office was easy to work with.

This house, especially for the price, is very much worth your consideration. Its back yard abuts semi ocean front property, which reveals how close the house is to the ocean.
