Also steps away is the soundfront area that features a community pool, hot tub, baby pool, nature trails, fishing pond, as well as the pier and gazebo area- the perfect spot to take in a picturesque Corolla sunset! Or take a short walk through the wooded path or hop on the trolley to the award-winning Corolla Light beach and oceanfront amenities including 3 community pools, poolside snack bar and restaurant, shuffleboard, basketball and much more! Whether you are seeking adventure or looking for relaxation, Mermaid's Cove has you covered. 

Single Level: Great room with vaulted ceilings, TV/DVD/VCR with DVDs and access to the deck. Well-equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, counter seating for 4 and dining area for 4. King Master Bedroom Suite with flat-screen HDTV, sitting area, deck access facing the fountained pond with Pollywood Adirondack chairs and a private bathroom with dual vanity, Jacuzzi tub and shower. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen HDTV, deck access facing fountained pond that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and desk area. Laundry with washer and dryer.

Extras: 4 HDTVs, 3 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, on site/community charcoal grill, DVDs, books, games, beach chairs, community water, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 8 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Beds: King, Queen, DuoBunk, Trundle. House Address: 1056 Mirage St, Unit 418. Key Type: Keyless Entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1023 Ocean Trail, Corolla Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does NOT offer an outside shower.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The decor is really nice and makes you feel like you're at the beach. The beds are very comfortable too! We loved getting into the hot tub and relaxing at night. Our boys loved sitting on the balcony and watching the osprey catch fish in the pond each morning.

This would be my first choice if I were staying in the Corolla Light area again. The property was very nice, up to date and comfortable. There are 3 patios for you to choose from; the front of the house (north) with the rockers, the west side of the house with the hot tub, and the back of the house (south) with the great outdoor furniture. This patio was accessible from either of the two main bedrooms, and overlooked the pond with a fountain.

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
