Ground Level: Outside amenities include a private pool, 2 outside showers, and gas and charcoal grills. Inside you'll find a Private Den with 32" flat-screen TV/VCR/DVD, Double Sleep Sofa and wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms (one with whirlpool tub and 32" flat-screen TV), and a Queen Bedroom that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles. Hot tub and porch swing on deck, half bath between levels.

Top Level: Great room with 42" flat-screen TV/VCR/DVD, home theater sound system and gas fireplace, dining room seating 10 to 12, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and a King Master Bedroom with flat screen 32" TV/VCR and whirlpool tub.

Extras: Private Pool (28 x 14, heated for $500), Hot Tub (6), 3 TVs, 3 VCRs, 2 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, stereo with CD, video/book/DVD libraries, high chair, pack-n-play, baby gate, horseshoes, porch swing, 2 outside showers, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), gas grill, charcoal grill, wet bar, parking for 6 vehicles, community water, linens and towels provided and Buck Island Community amenities. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

  • Park in designated areas only
  • Do not park on the streets or in the grass
  • NO RV’s, ATV’s or boats allowed within the community
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night
