Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms (one with whirlpool tub and 32" flat-screen TV), and a Queen Bedroom that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles. Hot tub and porch swing on deck, half bath between levels.
Top Level: Great room with 42" flat-screen TV/VCR/DVD, home theater sound system and gas fireplace, dining room seating 10 to 12, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and a King Master Bedroom with flat screen 32" TV/VCR and whirlpool tub.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.
Special Event Details
Brindley Beach Vacations and Sales offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding! This vacation rental homes is available for special events allowing 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can’t be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum.
Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event.
Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
