(The Sports Center is open every day of the year except for Christmas Day. Hours vary by season.)

Resort Restrictions
- No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
- No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
- Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
- No parking on grass or side of road.
- Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
