Guests must check-in at the clubhouse to receive parking passes. 

Clubhouse Hours: (Memorial-Labor Day): M-F 8:00am-6:00pm, Sat-Sun 10:00am-4:00;  (Off-season) M-F 9:00am-6:00pm, Sat-Sun 10:00am-4:00pm

Please note, green and black cans are for recycling. Paper, cardboard, glass, and aluminum may be mixed in the can.

Four Seasons Community Restrictions

  • No guests will be permitted into the community until 4:00 pm on check-in-day unless they have a password for Early Check-in that can be obtained by the rental office when your home is ready to occupy.
  • No overnight parking is allowed at the Clubhouse or outdoor pool.
  • Vehicles must be parked in driveways (on the concrete), not on grass or in the street.
  • Towels are not permitted to be hung over deck rails/banisters.
  • Signs and banners are prohibited.
  • Golf carts are to be parked in a designated parking space, and must display a registration sticker-provided at the clubhouse.  Carts parked on the grass or road side are subject to towing.
  • BOATS, TRAILERS, CAMPERS, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, LARGE TRUCKS, ETC. ARE PROHIBITED.
  • The use of All Terrain Vehicles and other unlicensed gas-powered vehicles are prohibited on the common properties, including streets, sidewalks, walkways, parking areas, etc. Golf carts may be used on the streets, only when driven by a licensed driver.
  • All items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach before 6:30am and after 6:30pm are subject to confiscation as well as a civil penalty. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night. 

Town of Duck - Tent/Chair/Shade Restrictions:

  • Set ups must allow for 15 feet, from the base of the dune, travel lane for emergency access and must not be closer than 10 feet to dune vegetation or turtle nest.
  • Set ups must not be closer than 50 feet, in any direction, from a lifeguard stand, emergency, or beach access.
  • Tents may not exceed 12x12, cannot be taller than 9 feet, cannot be tied together with another tent (unless they are perpendicular to the shore), must be spaced 10 feet from each other, and guy wires may not extend beyond the 12x12 max limit.
  • All shade structures must be secure.
