Ground Level: Inside you'll find a Recreation Room with TV and patio access and a Queen Bedroom that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a Full/Full Bunk.

Mid Level: Offers a Queen Master Bedroom with TV and full bath, Queen Bedroom, King Bedroom with TV, and a full hall bath with whirlpool bathtub, shower and double vanity. Family room with TV/DVD, stereo, wet bar and deck access, laundry area with washer and dryer and the hot tub is on the deck.

Top Level: Features a King Master Bedroom with TV and private bath, great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, dining room seating 10, and kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military discount on 2027 Reservations (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

This property has a ring doorbell on the front door and in the carport for off season security.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Perfect house for family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family. The beds were a little firm, and I’d recommend bringing your own pillows, but otherwise everything else was great! There was plenty of room for our group of 11 to spread out, the pool area was awesome, and we were in walking distance to the shops and the beach. We’d definitely book again!

The house was nice and inviting. The proximity to the beach and local shops was very nice. A chair in the master bedroom would have been nice. The real down point was the mattress! It was so stiff that sleep was a problem for the entire week.

This was a great house and meet our needs. We had 7 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well appointed, the updated pool was great, and the location to the beach made it easy to come back for lunch then return for more fun! Pool floats, extra beach chairs, and boogie boards were an added plus. The decks and outdoor furniture were well above any other places we’ve stayed. Only minor issues - beds were hard/uncomfortable, the dryer took forever to dry clothes, the pool decking was very hot, the internet was spotty, the kitchen ceiling fan didn’t work, and almost all the outside doors were extremely hard to open and shut. I’d also bring my own bath towels next time because the ones that were provided were ragged.

Overall great home, very clean with all the amenities internally needed for the week. We had a super-hot week weather wise so having the pool after the beach was necessary. Walk to beach (actual water) took about 4 minutes - although we did not know that the dunes and stairs to get to beach were that high to cross with all of our beach gear. This seems to be pretty consistent along all OBX. Plenty of parking for 4 families and home had plenty of room. Our children rode their bike to Tim Buck Too which is literally across the street from the community. Overall a great spot!
