Inside, the spacious top-level great room and expansive dining area easily gather your entire group, while three private master suites and flexible sleeping quarters ensure privacy after a day at the beach or along the nearby Duck boardwalk.

Outside: Outside you'll find the fully-gated private pool with gas grill and picnic table, basketball hoop, outside shower, and parking for 5-6 vehicles. Top Level has a Hot Tub.

Ground Level: Inside you'll find 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk with flat-screen TV, laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.>/p>

Snow Geese South is an iconic coastal neighborhood situated on the northern edges of Duck, NC. Positioned across a slender portion of the Outer Banks, this community is uniquely framed by the Atlantic Ocean shoreline to its east and the vast waters of the Currituck Sound directly to its west. 

Guests staying here enjoy the ultimate coastal lifestyle with most homes having views of both the ocean and the sound, allowing you to catch spectacular beach sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. Located along a quiet street right off NC Highway 12, the community borders the scenic multi-use Duck Trail, making it easy to bike, jog, or stroll directly into downtown Duck for shopping, dining, and the famous soundside boardwalk.

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS

  • All items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach before 6:30am and after 6:30pm are subject to confiscation as well as a civil penalty. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night. 

Town of Duck - Tent/Chair/Shade Restrictions:

  • Set ups must allow for 15 feet, from the base of the dune, travel lane for emergency access and must not be closer than 10 feet to dune vegetation or turtle nest.
  • Set ups must not be closer than 50 feet, in any direction, from a lifeguard stand, emergency, or beach access.
  • Tents may not exceed 12x12, cannot be taller than 9 feet, cannot be tied together with another tent (unless they are perpendicular to the shore), must be spaced 10 feet from each other, and guy wires may not extend beyond the 12x12 max limit.
  • All shade structures must be secure.
