Inside, the spacious top-level great room and expansive dining area easily gather your entire group, while three private master suites and flexible sleeping quarters ensure privacy after a day at the beach or along the nearby Duck boardwalk.

Outside: Outside you'll find the fully-gated private pool with gas grill and picnic table, basketball hoop, outside shower, and parking for 5-6 vehicles. Top Level has a Hot Tub.

Ground Level: Inside you'll find 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk with flat-screen TV, laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military discount (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.>/p>
