Inside, you'll find multiple comfortable living spaces, dedicated entertainment areas with a wet bar, and cozy sleeping quarters for the whole group. Best of all, guests enjoy full access to the award-winning Corolla Light Community amenities—including indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts, oceanfront complex, and local trolley service—making this the ultimate Outer Banks getaway!

Outside: Exterior amenities include an enclosed outside shower, gas grill and a fully gated private pool with a poolside bar seating 4, picnic table and hot tub. Top level deck has outside dining for 6.

Between Levels: Den with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles, full hallway bath.

Mid Level: Entry Level. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access, private bathroom with whirlpool tub, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Trundle and deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and Trundle with flat-screen TV and deck access, laundry with washer and dryer.

Between Levels: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access, private bathroom with whirlpool tub, and a half bath on this level.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 4 and a desk area, dining area seating 9 and deck access, sunroom with dining for 4 and deck access.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military discount (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full. Brindley

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community (with the exception of licensed street-legal low speed vehicles with licensed drivers).
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
