Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and hot tub and an enclosed outside shower. Inside you'll find the Rec Room with pool table, shuffleboard table, arcade game, tiered seating with flat screen TV/DVD, foosball coffee table and a kitchenette with bar seating 3, sink, dishwasher, popcorn machine, microwave and full size refrigerator. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks (double on bottom, single on top), full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets. Elevator access to all levels.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom Suite with a sitting area, flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, 3 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and deck access and the laundry room with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member: This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

4-WD REQUIRED - This home is only accessible by high clearance Four-Wheel-Drive vehicles such as a Jeep Cherokee, Ford Explorer, etc. You will be driving on the beach, over dune lines and in soft sand.

Carova Beach is convenient for families because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. A walk over the dune or a 30 second drive in your four wheel drive vehicle brings you out to the beach where you can park right on the beach and enjoy the luxury of having all your beach goodies at your fingertips and enjoy the day! Wild horses roam the area as well as fox, deer, and lots of waterfowl on the sound.

Fireplaces are not available for guest use. 

Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are included with each 4x4 vacation home with a $50 cash deposit (refunded when passes are returned). Passes can be picked up at our Corolla Office (1023 Ocean Trail) during business hours. If more than two passes are needed, there are a limited number of additional available parking passes each week that can be purchased from Currituck County. The cost for a 4x4 parking pass is $50 and can be purchased online, but has to be picked up in person at the Corolla Visitor Center. Please double check Corolla Visitor Center business hours when planning your trip .

Repeat Renters in this home can receive a 5% discount on In Season weeks or a 10% discount for off season weeks to stay in this home again. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Fantastic Home in a Beautiful Location!

I hosted my family reunion at this home. It had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone except for the smallest children. It would have been nice to have some pack-n-plays or something similar in the house for them. That aside, my family was blown away by the stunning scenery, the wild horses, and the easy access to the beach. We went to the beach every morning to watch the sunrise. It's a beautiful place and the home was amazing. It would be perfect for gatherings with lots of couples and kids (not toddlers/babies).

Quite adequate for our group except I believe the owners may have been robbed in the past. There is a cupboard marked “glasses” and there are no water glasses. There are a few wine glasses. We used coffee cups and bought disposables. There were not enough eating utensils for our group. We bought disposables. That aside, I found the house comfortable and the view of the sunrise spectacular. Water the best we have had when staying on the 4x4.

Great property with the perfect location! The set up of the house was perfect! We had a group of 19 people and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect set up. The first floor was ideal for the kids that traveled with us. (ages ranging from 9-22) We saw horses everywhere, every day! The living area on the third floor was perfect and very large. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The bedrooms were all very large and we loved that they all had their own full bathroom and deck access. We had no issues with foul smelling water, but we did have an issue with hot water running out when everyone was showering around the same time. That could easily be resolved if showers were staggered. We LOVED the 4x4 beach!! It was the first time any of us had ever been to OBX and the 4x4 beach area was amazing! We didn't want to leave! The only real complaint I have is about the horse poop everywhere. That doesn't really have anything to do with the house or Brindley Beach. I would just want to make future vacationers aware that they should expect horse poop if you plan to stay in the 4x4 beach area. Other than that, it was the perfect house for us and made for an amazing first time experience!

A four-wheel drive vehicle and an adventurous spirit are required to explore this beach community, where there are no paved roads and no hotels or restaurants. Air Up Station

When Driving on the Beaches in 4×4 you must have a 4WD vehicle and must air-down (let the air out of your tires) for maximum traction in the sand. When coming off the beach, you can refill your tires, or “air-up” at the FREE Air Up Station located in Historic Corolla Park at 1100 HUNT CLUB DR, COROLLA, NC

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to the beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
