Accessible by 4 x 4 only! Your family will love this vacation home tucked away on a dead end street in Swan Beach, offering ocean views.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an outside shower and charcoal grill.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, desk and laundry with washer and dryer. Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bunk Set and flat-screen TV.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV and screened porch access. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining area seating 8 and a half bath.

Extras: Two 4x4 parking passes (with $50 cash deposit), Hot Tub, 5 TVs, screened porch, outside shower, baby gate, charcoal grill and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Full week rentals only. (2 max), Beds: 2 Kings, Queen, DuoBunk, Bunk Set. House Address: 504 Robin Lane, Corolla. Distance to beach access: 3215'. Key Type: Keyless entry. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

4-WD REQUIRED - This home is only accessible by high clearance Four-Wheel-Drive vehicles such as a Jeep Cherokee, Ford Explorer, etc. You will be driving on the beach, over dune lines and in soft sand.

Swan Beach is convenient for families because it is not necessary to walk to the beach. A walk over the dune or a 30 second drive in your four wheel drive vehicle brings you out to the beach where you can park right on the beach and enjoy the luxury of having all your beach goodies at your fingertips and enjoy the day! Wild horses roam the area as well as fox, deer, and lots of waterfowl on the sound.

Beach Parking Passes are required to park on the beach from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. You do not need a pass to drive on the beach or park at the home. Two 4x4 parking passes are included with each 4x4 vacation home with a $50 cash deposit (refunded when passes are returned). Passes can be picked up at our Corolla Office (1023 Ocean Trail) during business hours. If more than two passes are needed, there are a limited number of additional available parking passes each week that can be purchased from Currituck County. The cost for a 4x4 parking pass is $50 and can be purchased online, but has to be picked up in person at the Corolla Visitor Center. Please double check Corolla Visitor Center business hours when planning your trip. .

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member: This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This was a great rental in a great secluded area. We had a great time driving down to the beach, seeing the horses, and the stars at night.

We stayed at this home the week of Memorial Day 2023 and found it was great for our family. At various times we had my family of 6, and either my parents down or my sister and her 2 children and it fit all of us. I will put the things I feel are important below- Love the baby gate, as someone with small children this is a great feature- The home is exceptionally stocked, but I feel it could use a modern K-Cup style machine- The home layout works very well, be warned the laundry room is shared with the queen bedroom- The internet is fast and can support numerous devices- You can tell the new owners have put some tasteful thoughts into the updates they did since purchasing last fall- The location is great, you can see the ocean on a clear day but a crows nest would be an amazing feature- The location is also very quiet, and the horses do come and visitMy family loved it, and my mom has already asked about coming back this year.

The house was great for our family. Here are my highlights belowThe gate at the top of the stairs is great for families with small children The internet is fast and will support all the devices you bringThe location is quiet and the horses come by to visit The location is not too far of a drive to the beach but don’t plan on walking itThe queen room is shared with the laundry room The new owners have done very tasteful updates and the house feels welcoming The kitchen is very well stocked Overall we loved our stay, we love swan beach as it’s only about 15 minutes to get off the beach back to the pavement

We loved your house from the minute we walked in the door! My favorite attributes of your house that I thought made it special: - Kitchen was very well stocked. - Second floor living area was very roomy with great views of sunsets and sunrises. - Hot tub was amazing (when we went it was colder outside, so we used it daily). - The quiet and solitude at night. It was nice to feel that we did not have neighbors right on top of us.
