Short walk to trolley pick up (seasonal) for full resort access. Whole house was updated in 2019 with new beds, appliances, flooring and hot tub.  Easy sound access for all water sports including jet skis, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, crabbing and more! Shad Street Oceanfront parking is just across the street (about 950 yards away) and the 4x4 beach access is just 2 miles north. This vacation home is equipped with 1 stand-up paddleboard, 1 kids kayak, 1 adult kayak, 1 canoe, bikes, crab pot, life jackets and helmets. Private HEATED pool available April through October.

Ground Level:  This level is totally devoted to fun!  Enjoy the rec room featuring a pool table, foosball table, kitchenette with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator, 40" flat-screen TV/DVD, 408 game arcade machine and a half bath. You can access the private pool and hot tub from this level. The laundry with washer and dryer is also located on this level. 

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with Smart TV and private deck, Queen Master Bedroom with Smart TV and private deck and a Bedroom with 2 Singles and private deck that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets. 

Top Level:  Features the great room with wood fireplace, 50" Smart TV/ Blu-Ray DVD and surround sound. The spacious, updated kitchen has 2 dishwashers and counter seating for 3, dining room with seating for 10 and a half bathroom. King Master Bedroom with 43" Smart TV and a private bathroom with claw-foot tub and separate shower. Enjoy dinner or a quiet read in the screened in porch and enjoy watching the sunset over the Currituck Sound from the Soundside decks.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Full access to the Corolla Light Resort including indoor pool and fitness center, 2 outdoor life-guarded pools, baby pool, children's playground, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball and tennis courts. There is als an Oceanfront Grille and ocean front walks. Trolly service (seasonal) to the beach every 30 minutes, snack hut and weekly activities for the kids and adults. 

Corolla Light Resort owners and guests receive preferred golf rates at The Pointe Golf Club, Carolina Club and Sea Scape Golf Links! 

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This is a really nice and roomy house. It is located so close to the sound. There is a great game room and a terrific supply of outdoor equipment--bikes, beach chairs, canoe, paddleboard, crab trap, nets! The photos are accurate. The community amenities are great! Sleep comfort is terrific.

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
