2023 DESCRIPTION: SATURDAY CHECK IN FOR 2023!
RENOVATIONS AND UPDATES FOR THE 2023 SEASON! The top level is set up to create the ideal space for large gatherings with 2 new sectionals and a new 85" TV in the main living area. Kitchen will be updated to include 2 new refrigerators, 2 gas stove/double ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, and a 50 lbs. ice maker. Fresh paint throughout interior & exterior of house. The addition of 3 new bedrooms, three new bathrooms and new bathroom vanities in existing full bathrooms. New ceiling fans in every room. Last, but not least, and what will be the most used area during your stay, is an outdoor covered cabana area overlooking the newly resurfaced pool with new pool heater. The covered cabana will have outdoor seating, ceiling fans, and a 65 inch TV. *Description subject to change upon renovation completion!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include 2 levels of oceanfront decks and an expansive concrete patio & covered cabana area. Newly resurfaced 14 x 28 concreate pool. Outside shower to clean yourself off before cooling off in the pool. New covered cabana area created under the existing 2nd floor deck above. Outdoor seating, dining table, and flat screen TV. Lastly, off of the pool is the access to the short, shared private walkway (shared with the neighboring home) to the beautiful Buck Island beach. Inside you'll find the center section of the lower level serves as a second large sitting and entertainment area with large flat-screen TV and bumper pool table. The conveniently placed kitchenette area with a 3rd full size fridge, sink and microwave is only steps away from the outside oasis. Walk directly out to the covered cabana, hot tub/pool, and walkway to the ocean. A half bathroom is located off of the sitting area. The lower-level bedroom configuration is designed to offer ultimate flexibility for all large gatherings. There are 4 bedrooms on this level with 3 full bathrooms. King Bedroom, 2 Bedrooms each with 2 Queen Beds and a Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks (Single over Full) and 1 Bunk Set.

Mid Level: The primary entrance to the house is found on this level from the ample parking on front & side of the house. The mid-level is the core of the house with regard to bedrooms, featuring 5 King Master Bedrooms each with 55" flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Laundry area with 2 large capacity washer and dryers. 

Top Level: The top-level great room features a spacious living room with 2 large sectional couches and an 85’ TV. Large dining table with seating for 14, bar top seating for 6, and seating for 4 at another table. Deck access off great room with additional seating overlooking the ocean. Cooks will love the well-appointed kitchen with 2 gas ranges with double ovens, 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers and the always coveted 50 lbs. ice maker. Half bathroom off the great room. Oversized King Master Bedroom suite with private bathroom.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
