2022 Upgrades will include NEW HVAC systems to keep cool all summer long, New stainless steel double oven stove with bread warmer and steam clean feature, new baby gate, increased internet speed, 40 live TV channels, streaming TV services with personal log-in and new laminate flooring throughout. Recent upgrades include all new mattresses (King Continental LF Mattress Luxury Hotel Series mattresses), new stone counter tops, new kitchen cookware and a new 25 cubic foot refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser.

Located in duck and snuggled among seaside oaks and sea grass, "Ocean View" is an inviting family vacation home providing sea views through its many Oceanside windows. Direct NC sunshine along the coast can be intense and overwhelming, especially after a few days if you are not use to it. Bushes and trees provide nice break spots with shade, there is still plenty of sunshine. The shade is a nice relief if you have sunburn or just need a break. The great room with new leather sectional invites everyone to gather for good times. Located in the cul-de-sac off Caffey's Inlet Hamlet, just a few minutes from the Village of Duck, "Ocean View" provides easy access to the ocean and sound, as well as a wide variety of activities in the area. Duck Village offers jogging paths, sidewalks and soundside board walks to locally owned family shops and restaurants. Enjoy an evening out with family and friends! "Ocean View" is a semi-oceanfront home, situated on a corner lot at the end of the cul-de-sac directly across from the beach access! 

Ground Level: Outside amenities include a patio with private pool, hot tub, gas grill, charcoal grill, covered area with picnic table by the pool, outside shower and mini sports field. Inside you'll find a King Semi-Private Master Bedroom with patio access that shares the bathroom with the game room with TV, foosball table, Queen Sleep Sofa and slider access to the mini sports field. 

Mid Level: Offers a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and private deck, Bedroom with DuoBunk, Trundle and deck access, Bedroom with Bunk Set and Single, full hall bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and private deck, great room with ocean views, flat-screen TV, leather sectional & recliners and stereo, half bath, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, dining area seating 10 with access to an ocean view deck with picnic table.

Extras: Private Pool (27 x 11), Hot Tub, 4 TVs, charcoal grill, gas grill, community water, high chair, mini sports field, wireless high-speed internet , 2 picnic tables, Keurig coffee maker, foosball table and linens and towels provided. 2022, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/7/22 -10/7/22 

1 Dog Allowed ($200 Security Deposit required for 2 Dogs, Pit Bulls and documented biters not allowed) 

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with extra cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the Beach Access directly across the street from this home (Carroll Drive community beach access). Look for a Brindley Beach tag on the umbrella with property number CI1. Weather permitting they will be set up from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great location close to town (an easy 10 minute bike ride-we biked almost every day into town for dinner & ice cream). House is set up great for families with lots to do. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Wonderful house for family vacation! Room for everyone to sit at dinner and also watch TV on large livingroom couch. Sparkle club and beach set up service were great Brindley Beach add-ons! They even provide daily emails of restaurant recommendations and local happenings. House directly opposite access to a quiet clean beach with friendly lifeguards. Having good quality bed linens and bath towels were so nice. Wiill definitely come back! Great value for rental price.
