This vacation home is spacious and very close to the beach offering tremendous ocean and sunset views. Spend the day at the beach, lounge on the deck with a book from the 400 plus library, or soak in the hot tub! All the amenities of Crown Point plus many thoughtful extras! 

Ground Level: Laundry area with washer and dryer and a half bath.

Mid Level: Features 2 Queen Master Bedrooms with HD TV/DVD, one with a two-person whirlpool and deck access and a Bedroom with 2 Singles plus HD TV/DVD that shares a hall bath with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets.

Top Level: Large King Bedroom with HD TV/DVD and full bath. Great room with HD TV/DVD, well-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, dining room with seating for 10 and a large loft with a game table, wet bar, Queen Sleep Sofa, book library and private sundeck.

Extras: Hot Tub, 5 HD TVs, 5 DVDs, large DVD video library, wireless high-speed internet access, stereo with CD, 400 plus book library, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), wet bar with lots of stemware, puzzles/games, basketball hoop, ceiling fans, port-a-crib, high chair, fish cleaning table, charcoal grill, community water, linens and towels provided and Crown Point Community Amenities. SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with extra cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great house--it was a terrific value, I'm guessing due to a late cancellation. It's nicely maintained (the outdoor showers look relatively new and clean), and the kitchen is well-equipped. There must be a million books and DVDs, though with the Olympics on we didn't watch much else. It's only two houses back from the beach, with great views. Loved the loft--great spot to set up the computer and check mail over morning coffee while admiring the ocean. We'd happily rent the place again.

The location and proximity to the beach was perfect. The bedrooms, hot tub, outside showers and parking area were great. The main floor does need some upgrading. Since this is the main area were everyone spends their group time it would be nice to have a upgraded couch and kitchen. We have vacationed at the to the Outer Banks for over 20 years. This house is all about location for us. I have a pool and hot tub in my backyard at home, I don't have an ocean like this house does. Enjoy!

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to the beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
