This spacious, tastefully decorated home has so much to offer you on your beach vacation. Only 150 feet to the direct beach access and located in a quiet community with pool and tennis privileges. Make vacation memories in this well-equipped home.

Ground Level: Parking, charcoal grill, 2 enclosed outside showers, picnic table, fish cleaning table and foosball.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bunk Set, and TV/VCR, and a King Bedroom that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles. All bedrooms on this level have deck access, laundry room in the hall and the hot tub on the deck.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom, great room with flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, Queen Sleep Sofa and stereo, dining room with seating for 10, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, wet bar with ice maker, half bath and Ship's Watch with table and chairs.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great house, ridiculously close to the beach (without being on it) and well-designed. Two outdoor showers and rinsing hoses, with easy private access to indoor entrance and all deck levels from the showers. Spacious great room/kitchen/dining area, and loved the captain's watch area. Also close to favorite restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely rent again!

Sleeps a good number of people, more than listing says. Will fit 12 people comfortably. A little dated with flooring and furnishings but comfortable, clean and centrally located to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Liked having beach chairs to borrow so we didn't have to bring ours. Linens and towels provided. We enjoyed our stay.

The home has a very nice location with a few minutes walk to the Beach and even a walking distance to the Shopping Centers. The 5 bed rooms are perfect for a group people gathering. All the rooms are pretty clean. We enjoyed staying for a week and will come back next time when we visit OBX. Thanks!
