This home is well appointed and has plenty of space for the entire crowd, with living areas on each level and a variety of amenities. This beautifully decorated beach home is very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and activities.

Ground Level: Outside you'll find the fully gated private pool, hot tub (mid-level deck), outside shower, basketball hoop and a gas grill. Inside you'll find a Recroom with TV and patio access and a Queen Bedroom that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a Full/Full Bunk.

Mid Level: Offers a Queen Master Bedroom with TV and full bath, Queen Bedroom, King Bedroom with TV, and a full hall bath with whirlpool bathtub, shower and double vanity. Family room with TV/DVD, stereo, wet bar and deck access, laundry area with washer and dryer and the hot tub is on the deck.

Top Level: Features a King Master Bedroom with TV and private bath, great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, dining room seating 10, and kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property has a ring doorbell on the front door and in the carport for off season security.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This was a great house and meet our needs. We had 7 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well appointed, the updated pool was great, and the location to the beach made it easy to come back for lunch then return for more fun! Pool floats, extra beach chairs, and boogie boards were an added plus. The decks and outdoor furniture were well above any other places we’ve stayed. Only minor issues - beds were hard/uncomfortable, the dryer took forever to dry clothes, the pool decking was very hot, the internet was spotty, the kitchen ceiling fan didn’t work, and almost all the outside doors were extremely hard to open and shut. I’d also bring my own bath towels next time because the ones that were provided were ragged.

Overall great home, very clean with all the amenities internally needed for the week. We had a super-hot week weather wise so having the pool after the beach was necessary. Walk to beach (actual water) took about 4 minutes - although we did not know that the dunes and stairs to get to beach were that high to cross with all of our beach gear. This seems to be pretty consistent along all OBX. Plenty of parking for 4 families and home had plenty of room. Our children rode their bike to Tim Buck Too which is literally across the street from the community. Overall a great spot!
