Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a tree-lined back yard with fully gated private pool, hot tub, benches and cocktail bar that overlook the playground (mid-level deck), outside shower, charcoal grill, covered entry and double carport.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and TV, Den/ office with Queen Sleep Sofa, desk, smart TV and kiddie nook. and an office cubicle. All rooms except the bunk room have deck access.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, stereo/CD, vaulted ceiling, wood-burning fireplace and game table seating 2, dining room seating 6 with deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, half bath, and Queen Master Bedroom with whirlpool and deck access.

Extras: Private Solar Heated Pool, (12 x 24), Hot Tub (6), 5 TVs, 1 DVD player, stereo/CD, high-speed wireless internet access, DVD/book libraries, card/game table, basketball hoop, swing set, porch swing, screened porch, outside shower, wood-burning fireplace, community water, charcoal grill and parking for 5 vehicles and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Clean & Close to Beach!

This house was the cleanest place e have stayed in the OBX. Super close to the beach, very comfortable for a 3 generation trio with the dogs. Only wish is that they put in a boardwalk instead of the trail over the dune to beach. Made it tough to get relative with mobility issues to get to the beach.

Nice house, location to ocean, secluded pool and numerous amenities make this worthy of rental. Is obvious the owners take care of the property and care about it; they were willing to take care of immediate problems, as in the case of the TV being broken before we got there! Will rent this one again sometime.
