Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV/VCR/DVD, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, 2 Trundles and TV/VCR/DVD, Queen Bedroom with TV/VCR/DVD, and a full hall bath. All Bedrooms with deck access. Half bath between levels.

Top Level: Great room with 46" HDTV/VCR/DVD, stereo with CD, dining area seating 10, kitchen, sound view turret with table for 2, Queen Master Bedroom with 42" TV/VCR/DVD, whirlpool tub and ocean view deck access.

Extras: Private Pool (14 x 31, heated for a fee), Hot Tub (6), 5 TVs, 5 VCRs, 5 DVD players, stereo with CD player, high-speed internet access, video/DVD/book libraries, high chair, pack-n-play, port-a-crib, baby gate, foosball table, card/game table, putting green, porch swing, picnic table, outside shower, charcoal grill, public water, parking for 5 vehicles and linens and towels provided. Pool Heat is Available: $400 per week from 6/23-8/10, $500 per week all other seasons. Solar Panels will heat the pool on sunny days at no additional charge.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Always love our stay at Touch of Grey Just steps to the beach and set on a lovely, quiet culdesac. The house itself is roomy and comfortable with all the amenities you need including pool and hot tub. The perfect house for a memorable time in OBX!

A Touch of Grey never disappoints! We love the quiet street and being a few short steps to the beach. The house is roomy and comfortable and the kitchen has all the conveniences needed. The pool and hot tub are so nice to enjoy after a day at the beach. We look forward to coming back again soon!

The house is beautiful, spacious, well maintained and stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Lots of books available to read and board games to play. Great beach access. The kids loved the hot tub, pool and putting green!

Gorgeous house! Lots of room! Steps away from the beach! Heated pool and hot tub! Relaxing porch swing (my favorite spot) had everything we needed to feel right at home. Definitely will stay at touch of grey again!!
