Welcome to your Outer Banks getaway to discover How Sweet the Sound is, nestled in the prestigious gated community of The Currituck Club in Corolla. This charming dog-friendly retreat comfortably accommodates family and friends with three bedrooms, including a top-level King Master suite with a whirlpool tub, a Queen bedroom, and a fun-filled DuoBunk room for the kids. Step outside to your private oasis complete with a gated pool (optional heating available), hot tub, picnic area, and park-style grill—or head inside to enjoy the light-filled great room, cozy gas fireplace, and a garage equipped with a foosball table and adult bikes. Guests can enjoy all of the amenities that The Currituck Club offers.

Ground Level: Entry level, Great room with flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining room seating 8 with deck access, half bath, garage with foosball table, laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, private deck access and private bathroom with a whirlpool tub, Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, full hallway bathroom, and a Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks with a flat-screen TV.

Arrive early and enjoy a Currituck Club pre-arrival experience at the main pool between 10 am and 4 pm! Games, trolley service to and from the beach, music, wine, food & cold beer on tap! The perfect place to unwind while waiting for your home to be ready for check-in. Also available on checkout day to extend time at the beach and let the traffic dissipate.

Note: Golf carts are not for guest use.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Military Discount: This home offers a 5% military discount (leaseholder only). Verification of service will be requested. Must be applied at time of booking. Please contact us at 252-453-3000 before signing lease and/or making a payment.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

FREE BEACH GEAR! A $250 CREDIT toward the best vacation rental equipment available is included when you rent this property. After confirming your reservation you’ll receive a link to start choosing FREE beach gear to accent your Outer Banks Vacation! You can choose from bikes, umbrellas, gas grill, chairs, kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, body boards and much more! *Delivery Fees may apply! (this service is not included on reservations made with any 3rd party booking sites)

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
