Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo/CD, gas fireplace, dining room seating 8, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, breakfast nook seating 4, half bath, and a King Master Bedroom with TV and whirlpool tub.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, and a Queen Bedroom with TV that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Trundle. Loft with Double Sleep Sofa.

Extras: Hot Tub (3), ELEVATOR, 5 TVs, VCR, DVD player, wireless high-speed internet, wine refrigerator, card/game table, outside shower, picnic table, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), gas grill, public water, parking for 3 vehicles, linens and towels provided and Monteray Shores community amenities. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Community Restrictions

  • No parking on streets.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, golf carts, go-carts, trailers or boats are allowed in the driveways or within the community; including community parking lots.
  • Overflow parking lot by the Club House, guests must fill out a parking permit/pass at the club house to be there overnight (No fee for this pass).
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
